Since 2022, Alexander has been contributing his expertise to industrial enterprises, where he steers complex growth projects and change management initiatives. His core focus lies in strategic business development, commercial steering, and the leadership of Project Management Offices (PMO). In this context, he has been responsible for the strategic design and standardization of end-to-end traceability and digital thread approaches (including BOM/BoP and change management integration in PLM), sustainably strengthening data continuity, governance, and execution reliability.

At Greentech Partners, Alexander supports clients in optimizing processes and governance structures to increase efficiency in commercial and operations functions. Through precise measures controlling, KPI tracking, and professional stakeholder management, he ensures that strategic goals are not only planned but successfully realized.

His degree in Industrial Engineering from TU Braunschweig, specializing in finance, controlling, and aerospace engineering, forms the foundation for his analytical and interdisciplinary approach as a consultant.
