Esha began her career as a process engineer in the petrochemical industry.
Driven by a desire to complement her technical expertise with strong business acumen, she pursued a Master’s degree in Business at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. She further broadened her perspective by spending a semester at the Indian Institute of Management in Calcutta. During her studies, she focused on strategy development and building analytical skills, which she applied in various projects.

Her interest in finance and entrepreneurship led her to the world of venture capital, where she honed her skills in conducting due diligence processes and evaluating potential target companies. Through this experience, she developed deep insights into market analysis and value chains, enabling her to identify promising investment opportunities.
