Our legitimate interest lies in identifying and reaching out to potential business contacts to establish B2B relationships. This interest outweighs the data subject’s interests, as our contact is directed exclusively at B2B clients whose contact details originate from publicly accessible sources. Additionally, the phone call pertains to specific business-related matters connected to the professional activities of the data subject.
During the initial phone call, we only inquire whether there is interest in further contact and do not provide extensive information about our services.
2.4. Client Data Processing
If you enter into a contract with us for consulting services, we process your contact, billing, and contract data. The processing of your personal data is carried out exclusively for the purpose of contract initiation and performance in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Your data will only be used for these purposes and stored in accordance with statutory retention periods.

You have the option to apply online via our application portal at Greentech Partners. Your online application is transmitted to Greentech Partners over a secure connection to ensure the safety of your data.
The information you provide will be used exclusively to process your application and will not be shared with third parties (§ 26(1) BDSG). If you apply for a specific position and it is already filled, or if we consider you suitable for another position, we will inform you accordingly.
Your personal data will be deleted immediately after the application process is completed or no later than six months thereafter, unless other legal obligations apply. Your data will be stored for a longer period only if you have explicitly consented to it.
