Having worked in transaction advisory for nearly a decade, Thies has focused on renewable energy assets over the past few years. His experience spans sell-side and buy-side mandates, investor relations, and commercial due diligence. Prior to joining Greentech Partners, he held senior roles in brokerage and advisory, supporting successful transactions across Europe.

At Greentech Partners, Thies leads the development of the Transaction Advisory practice, advising project developers, asset owners and investors throughout the entire deal lifecycle – from strategic analysis to negotiation and closing.

Thies holds two Bachelor’s degrees in Hospitality Management and a Master of Science in Real Estate, combining operational insight with financial and strategic expertise.

Outside of work, Thies enjoys sailing, tennis, cooking and building furniture. He finds energy and inspiration in the company of his family and friends – whether at home or exploring new ideas together.
