About Us
We, the founders Marc and Christian, worked for 15 years in the renewables sector and lived the ups and downs of this fascinating and fast-moving industry.
After many years as senior executives, setting up supply chains and teams globally, leading big organisations and managing hands-on several sector specific crises, we decided to switch gears and start an entrepreneurial journey.
Greentech Partners was founded in 2023 with the purpose, to contribute to a fast energy transition and to support building an independent and sustainable renewables supply chain.
Our mission is to make positive, significant, and lasting impacts through the projects for our clients and to build a recognised player in the sector that attracts passionate people who develop and grow with us.
Marc Hamer
Marc is passionate about creating value through the synergy of finance and industrial knowledge.
Marc has a proven track record of implementing innovative financial strategies, executing investment decisions successfully, and driving overall financial performance. His ability to analyse and interpret financial data in the context of industrial value chains enables him to unlock untapped potential and deliver sustainable growth.
Marc, a seasoned professional in the renewables industry, has dedicated over 15 years to this field, witnessing its early growth in solar PV in Germany. With experience as a management consultant at Droege & Comp. and later joining wind OEM Nordex in 2011, Marc has held executive finance positions, driving the establishment of supply chains across multiple countries. Between 2017-22 he was leading the international finance organisation of a thriving 2.5 billion business unit as CFO.
Marc holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering from the Institute of Technology in Karlsruhe (KIT).
Marc discovers boundless energy through the blissful embrace of his loving family, exhilarating mountain- and watersports, the competitive fire of basketball, and exploring new horizons together.

Christian Busdiecker
At the crossroads of strategy and operations, Christian finds his passion, with a particular focus on engineered products.
Christian is a highly accomplished leader with a strong background in service and O&M. With a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies in industrial environments, Christian delivers tangible results in challenging settings, driving operational excellence, and leading organisations to success.
Christian is a seasoned renewable energy professional with 15 years of experience in the industry. Starting his career as a consultant at Roland Berger, he worked on procurement, O&M, and performance improvement projects globally. Passionate about renewables, Christian joined Nordex in 2009, running corporate development projects. He later transitioned to service, where he led the European service business and subsequently took on global responsibility, overseeing operations in 35 countries. With a deep understanding of the industry and a track record of driving strategic growth, Christian is committed to advancing the renewable energy sector and creating a sustainable future.
Christian holds a master’s degree in industrial engineering from the TU Braunschweig and has studied at UNSW in Sydney and IMD in Lausanne.
Christian cherishes quality time with his wife and two daughters. He is fascinated by the beauty and the power of the ocean and enjoys being in it sailing or surfing.
