Most recently, Fritz worked as a Project Developer, leading the grid connection development for a 36-MW wind farm — coordinating legal, technical, and financial requirements to secure rights of way, mitigate risk, and ensure bankability from concept to execution. Prior to that, as an Automation Business Analyst, he translated business requirements into technical specifications, automating data-driven workflows along the spare parts value chain.

At Greentech Partners, Fritz focuses on market analyses and market entry strategies, business transformation and performance improvement projects, as well as supporting the development and financing of energy infrastructure projects.

His degree in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, specializing in strategy, forms the foundation for his structured, analytical approach as a strategy consultant.
